Job Discription

The primary function of the Funding Specialist is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of loan proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information and take each proposal from qualification to sanction

  • Input proper loan information into the system for processing

  • Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy

  • Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested

  • Order and coordinate with customers for documents

  • Review documents to verify completeness and document functionality.

  • Perform duties to fix documents submitted to the database.

  • Manage document reviews and approvals.

  • Meet crucial deadlines.

  • Report to(Senior Funding Specialist/ Credit Analyst)

Requirements

  • Should be familiar with statutory registrations, tax returns, credit scores/reports, and financial statements

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe PDF and web savvy

Job Discription

The Relationship Manager will work closely with SMEs to help them find the right financing solutions. The Relationship Manager will beresponsible for proposal management with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with SMEs and asses their financing requirements and recommend available financing solutions

  • Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to sanction

  • Ensure that all necessary information is complete, accurate and verified

  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers on Loanwoan’sand services

  • Work closely with funding specialists and credit analysts in the sanction process

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability for problem-solving and determining viable solutions for customers

Credit Analyst (1 Open Position)

Job Discription

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for appraisal of proposals and willwork closely with the Relationship Manager and Funding Specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for appraisal of SME loans

  • Approving the documents and generation of analysis reports based on analysis of the borrower's cash flow statements, tax returns, and other financial information

  • Perform and verify system generated detailed financial and ratio analysis, and interpret the financial information to determine credit quality

  • Interacting with borrower for any additional information

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to read and assess individual and company financial statements, cash flow, industry and competitive analysis and projections

  • Proficient in Excel including the use of graphs / charts

  • Basic knowledge of credit principles, lending operations, loan research and general credit policies

  • Detail oriented team player with ability to work well under pressure and multi-task

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem recognition and resolution skills
